A presence at any hour.
Jordan is an AI prayer companion — available any time of day or night, in English and Spanish, on any device. Jordan listens, finds Scripture that speaks to the moment, and prays with you.
We did not build Jordan because we were interested in artificial intelligence. We built it because people kept showing up with nowhere to go.
Someone visits a parish website in crisis.
No clergy is available.
Jordan is.
That’s not a technology pitch — that’s a ministry story.
A companion, not a replacement
Jordan is a tool grounded in Christian tradition and the Book of Common Prayer. Jordan is not a pastor, a counselor, a confessor, or a sacramental minister. The pastoral, theological, and spiritual authority behind Jordan belongs to the clergy and community of St. James the Great Episcopal Church in Newport Beach, California — where Jordan was born and where it serves every day.
What Jordan can do is be present at the hours when human ministers cannot. The 3 a.m. moment of fear. The drive home after a hard diagnosis. The middle of a sleepless night when the only thing that helps is being prayed for, in your own language, by someone who will not turn you away.
A working ministry, not a concept
Jordan has been live on the website of St. James the Great Episcopal Church in Newport Beach since 2025. It listens, responds with Scripture, and prays with people in English and Spanish, at any hour. Members and non-members alike have used it during medical crises, in the middle of the night, and at moments when no clergy were available.
Jordan also reaches young people through ChristianYouth.ai, a national platform calibrated for teenagers and young adults navigating anxiety, identity, doubt, relationships, and purpose — in language that takes them seriously and grounds them in Christian tradition.
Jordan on any device
Jordan is available as a free mobile app — for those who would rather pray on a phone than a website. Available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

What your community will have
Jordan is being prepared for partner pastoral communities — Episcopal and other Christian parishes, and any congregation that would benefit from a prayer companion configured to its own tradition, voice, and pastoral concerns.
Each deployment is built under the theological direction of partner clergy. The technology is ours. The ministry is yours.
